I am excited to announce that this summer, my historical novel, “Catalyntje Trico: A Life in New Amsterdam,” will be available as an audiobook. I’ve had many requests for my novel to be available in this format, and it will soon be an option. I am working with Tania Mannion, who has recorded other novels, and she is excited to take on this project. Once the audiobook is completed, it will be available on Audible, Amazon, iTunes, and Apple Books.
Another exciting announcement is that I will have a second book published near the end of the summer. It is historical fiction as well, but it tells of events on the other side of the country from New Netherland, near the Pacific Ocean. This book is a collection of twelve short stories about Oregon’s history. It has been a delightful topic to write about, and I am excited to share these stories with you.
Once I have completed these two projects, I will return to Trijn’s story in New Amsterdam. This will be my second full-length novel about courageous women in New Amsterdam. I have already completed extensive research for this book and have begun writing.
Thanks to all of you for your continued interest.
Happy Reading!
